摘要
本文用丰富的材料较全面地评述了:1)供氮量与小麦籽粒产量和蛋白质含量的关系;2)供氮量与蛋白质组分的关系;3)供氮量与加工品质的关系。该述评汇集了迄今为止在该领域的研究成果并有作者的分析和见解,对指导我国小麦品质改良,优质高产栽培和合理施肥有理论价值和实践意义。
This paper reviewed the relationships between the amount of nitrogen supply and grain yield,protein content,protein fractions,and processing quality separately in an all-round way with a wealth of data.The main findings in this domain mentioned above were collected,and there were the authors'analysis and ideas in the review.It had the theoretical value and practical significance in guiding the wheat quality improvement,the cultivation for high yield,good quality and the adequate fertilization of wheat.
