猫下丘脑室旁核向延髓吻侧腹外侧区的投射——WGA-HRP法研究 被引量:3

摘要 用WGA-HRP顺、逆行追踪法研究了下丘脑室旁核(Pa)向延髓吻侧腹外侧区(RVL)的投射。将WGA-HRP注入RVL,在Pa、下丘脑外侧区和背侧区观察到逆行标记细胞。位于Pa的标记细胞从前向后逐渐增多,主要位于Pa的后部,尤以后部背内侧区为多。将WGA-HRP注入Pa,观察到顺行标记的Pa下行纤维主要在同侧RVL下行,集中走行在一个宽约0.5mm,距腹面0.0-0.2mm的区域,往尾侧逐渐偏向外侧,纤维束的中心距中线3.0-4.0mm。特别引人注目的是,观察到从上述Pa下行纤维发出的呈串珠状的典型标记终支。这些终支伸向深面,可达离腹面1.0mm的区域,多见于斜方体尾侧1.0-3.0mm的部位。以上结果表明,猫Pa存在向RVL的纤维投射。 The experiments were performed in 13 adult cats. After injection of WGA-HRP into the rostral ventrolateral medulla (RVL), the retrograde labelled cells were found in the paraventricular hypothalamic nucleus (Pa), the lateral hypothalamic area and the dorsal hypothalamic area. The labelled cells of the Pa were clustered in the back part, especially in the back dorsomedial part of it. After injection of WGA-HRP into the Pa, the descending fibers of the Pa were observed course mainly through the ipsilateral RVL, grouped in an area about 0.5mm in width, 0.0-0.2mm from the ventral surface of the medulla. The tract of the fibers progressively inclined laterally, with its center 3.0-4.0mm from the midline. Very noticeably, some thin and beaded terminals were seen coming out from the fiber tract. Most of these terminals were visualized in the area ab.out 1.0-3.0mm caudal to the trapezoid body, stretched to the place about 1.0mm deep to the ventral surface of the medulla. The above results show that the RVL receive the projections from the Pa.
