摘要
目的 :用淀粉电泳酯酶谱区别酯酶 ,检测淡色库蚊成蚊个体酯酶 ,并结合对幼虫的生物测试结果 ,探讨抗性生化机制及防制对策。方法 :幼虫的生物测试采用浸渍法 ,成虫的非特异性酯酶测试采用淀粉电泳法。结果 :淡色库蚊对氯氰菊酯抗性最高 ,是敏感品系的 12 .30倍 ;其后顺次为敌敌畏、高效氯氰、溴氰菊酯、残杀威、仲丁威 ,抗性倍数分别为 5 .6 1、5 .0 9、4.6 5、4.43、3.98,胺菊酯、二氯苯醚菊酯、EBT、三氯杀虫酯抗性不明显。淀粉电泳结果蚊虫个体中存在过量产生的非特异性酯酶Estβ11和Estα 2 /β2 ,且蚊虫的酯酶谱较为复杂。 结论 :淡色库蚊对氯氰菊酯产生了中等抗性 ;其次对敌敌畏、高效氯氰、溴氰菊酯产生低抗性 ,宜换用药物。酯酶染色结果 ,存在引起有机磷抗性增高活性酯酶 ,酯酶谱且呈多态分布 ,与生物测试结果相一致 ,所以应减少敌敌畏的使用 ,注意轮换用药。
Objective: To investigate the situation of the Hangzhou Culex pipiens pallens resistance,to differentiate esterase by using starch gel electrophoresis esterase flocculus and having biological test at the same time. Method:Dipping for instars and non-differential starch gel electrophoresis for imago. Results:The cypermethrin resistance was the highest one in six pesticides and it was 12.3 times of the sensitive strains.Dichlorphos,high-efficiency cypermethrin,deltamethrin,Propoxur,BPMC were respectively 5.61, 5.09, 4.65, 4.43, 3.98 times. The non-differential esterase Est β1 1 and Est α 2/β2 had also come into being. Conclusion:Hangzhou Culex pipiens pallens produced middle resistance to cypermethrin and low resistance to other five insecticides.Some active esterases which have higher resistance to Organic phosphorus are in existence.
