摘要
目的 探讨剖宫产手术对机体细胞免疫与体液免疫的影响。方法 对 6 7例接受剖宫产者的外周血T淋巴细胞亚群 (CD3、CD4 、CD8、CD4 /CD8比值 )及IgG、IgA、C -反应蛋白 (CRP)含量于术前、术后第 1天及术后第 7天分别进行了测定。结果 剖宫产组手术后第 1天外周血CD4 细胞减少 ,CD8细胞增多 ,CD4 /CD8比值降低 ,血IgG、IgA水平明显降低 ,而CRP含量升高 ,与手术前及对照组相比较 ,差异具有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ;但与术后第 7天相比 ,无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 剖宫产手术后机体出现短暂的细胞免疫与体液免疫功能降低 。
Objective To evaluate the effect of cesarean section on the cellular and humoral components of immune system.Methods T-lymphocyte subsets(CD 3,CD 4,CD 8,CD 4/CD 8 ratio),IgG,IgA and C-reaction protein(CRP)in peripheral blood of pregnant women were measured before and after cesarean section of 1 and 7 days respectively in operation group,and also detected in control group.Results First day after cesarean section,the peripheral blood detection showed reduced content of CD 4 lymphocytes,CD 4/CD 8 ratio,IgG and IgA,and a marked increase of the content of C-reaction protein and CD 8 lymphocytes,all of them showed significant difference compared with pre-operation and normal control(P<0\^05).No difference by day 7 after operation(P>0\^05).Conclusion There is transient cellular and humoral immunologic depression after cesarean section.These changes are most likely to be caused by the surgical intervention and anesthesia.
