摘要
1987年上半年,我们研究出一种能快速产生香菇子实体的合成培养基。此化学合成培养基是由几种化学药品和一定数量燕麦粉制成的。在此培养基上接种香菇 Cr—02菌株和平菇(紫孢侧耳),进行二次短时间的低温刺激(13℃)。经过多次实验,香菇20天显蕾并出菇,培养35天时诱导显蕾率96.7—100%,成菇率平均79.3%,开伞率平均60%,平均每瓶出菇6.2个。此培养基接平菇无诱导作用。经过多次实验表明,刺激形成香菇子实体的主要诱导因子是燕麦粉。
The Lentinus edodes is the second of the most important cultivated mushroom in worldwide.Japan is the major country of production of L. edodes However,they failed to attempt i nduction L.edodes fruit on a chemically defined midium.This is due to the difficulty of fruiting edib- le fungi in pure culture on chemically defined media.The purpose of this study is to search a chemcally defined medium for the fruiting of L.edodes,and shorten its life cycle.So far,the fruiting of L.edodes on a synthetic medium is less reported. Ando(1974)reported the fruiting of L.edodes on a synthetic medium in a minimum of 57 day after inoculation.During the current study,Lea- tham(1983)led to the development of a defined medium rapid fruiting. Over 90% of the cultures produced button-stage mushroom within 45 day after inoculation.But,this medium consisted of more than twenty chemi- cal compounds.The production of this synthetic medium was very comp- lfcated to satisfy its conditions. We formulated a synthetic medium,which consisted of five chemical reagents supplemented with oat flour,and it is easy to be prepared.Some fruiting was produced at 22℃ on this medium within 20 day after inoc- ulation.Induction frequency of fruiting L.edodes was 100%.Over 714% of the cultures produced mature mllshroom with expanded caps. Primary research in this laboratory showed that the main factors of stimulating L.edodes fruiting was oat flour.
