枣粘虫性激素应用技术研究

摘要 从1984年开始,我们对枣粘虫合成性激素的应用技术进行了探讨。结果证明:1.采用激素捕蛾结合期距法,进行枣粘虫发生期预测,简单易行,完全可以取代过去所用的田间查卵法。并证明枣粘虫成虫产卵前期和卵期(期距)共17.4—18.4天,故在诱蛾高峰后15天用药,可获得最佳防治效果。2.利用性激素进行枣粘虫的“迷向”防治,方法可行,每亩使用性激素1300μg,能达到抑制成虫交尾产卵的效果。3.单独使用桃小食心虫性激素,对枣粘虫能表现出一定引诱活性,但是,桃小性激素与枣粘虫性激素混用却表现出一定干扰。 We had inquired into the applied technology of synthetize sex hor- mone of A.sativa Lin.from 1984.The results proved:1.It was sim- ple and easy to do,and could totally replace the method of checking eggs in the field of the past that applied the sex hormone catching ad- ult combined the method of distance stage forcasted the generation per- iod of A.sativa Lin.It was proved that the ealy days of oviposit and egg stage (the distance stage) of the adult was 17.4—18.4 days in all, so using insecticide after 15 days of the peak of trapping moth could get the best effectiveness of prevention and control.2.It was a feas- ible method to applied the sex hormone making the prevention and con- trol of losing A.sativa Lin adult's bearings.It could get the effecti- veness of control mating and ovipositing of adult that applied sex hor- mone 1300μg per mu.3.Only applying sex hormone of Carposina nipo- nensis walsingham could show out certain luring activity to A.sativa Lin,but,it would show out certain interfere when sex hormone of C. niponensis walsingham and A.sativa Lin were mixed and used.
