摘要
目的 :研究法半夏渗漉提取条件。方法 :采用正交试验法考察生药粒径、乙醇浓度、乙醇用量 3个因素 ,以总生物碱含量作为评判指标 ,对法半夏渗漉工艺进行研究。结果 :乙醇浓度对总生物碱提取具有极显著性影响。结论 :经过综合分析 ,确定法半夏渗漉提取的最佳条件为药材粉碎至 60目 ,用 8倍量的 60
Objective To study the method and conditions of permeating extraction of prepared Pinellia tuber. Method The orthogonal test was used in studying the three elements of the granulation diameter of the crude drug, concentration of ethanol and dosage in use. Content level of pan-alkaloid was employed and criterion of judgment; thus we made study on permeating extraction methods of the prepared Pinellia tuber. Result Concentration of ethanol showed great significant influence on the extraction of pan-alkaloid. Conclusion Through comprehensive study we can see that the best condition for the permeating extraction of prepared Pinellia tuber is when the drug is in 60 (sieve number) of fragmentation and adding 8 times of ethanol.
