摘要
目的 :探讨弥漫性轴索损伤 ( DAI)的低场强 MRI表现及诊断价值。方法 :对临床确诊的 DAI 1 0 0例患者 ,行常规低场强 MRI检查。结果 :1 0 0例 DAI共发现病灶 2 97个 ,多数病灶呈片状或条状 T1WI低或等信号及 T2 WI高信号 ;DAI常伴有其它类型颅脑损伤。结论 :MRI是
Objective: To explore lower strength MRI appearances of diffuse axonal injury (DAI) and their diagnostic value.Methods:One hundred cases of DAI were examined by lower strength MRI.Results:Two hundred and ninety seven lesions were found in one hundred cases and most of them were patchy or cord like.Conclusion:MRI should be considered as an image method of choice for examination of DAI.
