摘要
本研究在麻醉猫左冠状动脉前降支 (LDH)结扎再灌的实验中使用心肌单相动作电位技术观察了炙甘草汤、甘草酸单铵盐、人参总皂甙配伍甘草酸单铵盐能显著降低心律失常 ,缩短触发活动时程和幅度 ,减少血清中磷酸肌酸激酶 (CPK)和乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH) ,明显增加缺血再灌注区心肌组织超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性 ,降低心肌组织中脂质过氧化产物丙二醛 (MDA)的含量。实验结果表明 ,炙甘草汤、甘草酸单铵盐、人参总皂甙配伍甘草酸单铵盐具有抗实验性心肌缺血再灌注触发活动和对心肌损伤有保护作用。
The Myocardial monophonic action potential (MAP) techniques were used to study the effects of Zhigancao Decoction (ZGCD), Glycyrrhixinate (MG), MG and Gingseng total saponins (GTS) in the myocardial damage induced by ischemia reperfusion in anesthetized cats. In the experimental ischimia reperfusion model, ZGCD, MG and GTS had remarkably shortened the duration of the trigged activities, greatly increased the SOD activity and reduced MDA content in the ischemia reperfusion area, It also reduced the release of CPK and LDH on the cat serum. The results indicate that ZGCD, MG, and the combinations of MG and GTS would protect myocardial injury by ischemia reperfusion.
