摘要
目的 探讨护理程序在高护自考生实习带教中的应用效果。方法 将护理程序贯穿于实习带教始终 ,全面评估实习带教情况 ,合理制定计划及目标 ,认真组织实施 ,不断评价反馈。
Objective To probe the application effect of high nurse self taught examinee. Methods Applying nursing process to the examinee clinical teaching, evaluating the effect and working out plan and objective. Then we organize to practice and collect feedback information.Results and Conclusions Nursing process will guarantee the clinical teaching quality of high nurse self taught examinee.
