摘要 本文认为2.4—D在柑桔果实贮藏上应用效果的原因:采前处理主要是刺激作用,增强代谢;采后处理主要抑制代谢强度。采后2.4—D处理成功的关键是适当早采和采后迅速处理;处理的适宜浓度随柑桔种类而不同;采前处理,红桔的最适浓度低于甜橙,采后处理则相反;采前、采后处理适当结合,则果实的耐藏、抗病能力都显著增加。因2.4—D影响果实呼吸作用所致。 This paper suggests that preharvest treatment of 2,4—D for citrus storage is mainly for the stimulation and increase of metabolism, while post harvest treatment is mainly for the inhibition of metabolism. The key to be successful in post harvest treatment of 2,4-D lies in relatively early harvest and rapid handling. The appropriate concentration for the treatment differs with species. The optimum concentration of preharvest for tangerineis lower than that for sweet orange and that of the post harvest is just incontrast. The proper combination of preharvest with post harvest may increase storability and disease resistance of the fruits. All this could be explained by the fact that 2, 4—D impacts the respiration of the fruits.
