摘要
运用大型有限元分析软件Ansys,时激光制备锌铝合金基氧化铝陶瓷复合层材料实验中的温度场进行数值模拟。模拟结果与实验现象基本吻合,并为实验现象和结果的解释提供了有力的辅助证明。
The numerical simulation of temperature field in producing Zn-Al based Al2O3 ceramic film by laser process was made by using the FEA Software-Ansys. The numerical simulation result is consistent with the experimental result and has a real meaning in practical scientific research.
