摘要
本文阐述了铸态铁素体—珠光体球铁台车体、铝硅球铁篦条和高热疲劳抗力挡板的实验室耐热试验并经工业使用结果表明:可显著提高寿命、简化设备制造工艺、节约能源、降低生产成本。
Results of laboratory heat-resistance experiments and service performance test of ascast ferrite-Pearlitic nodular iron pallet frames, aluminium-silicon nodular iron grates and high thermal fatigue resistant nodular iron side plates have been given in the present paper. It has been shown that introduction of the heat-resistant nodular iron pallet to the sintering machine prolongs the service life of the frames, grates and side plate, simplifies the manufacturing procedure, saves the process energy and reduces the production cost.
