基于四苯基卟啉的PVC膜电极的研制及其应用于药物中黄连素的分析

摘要 本文用四苯基卟啉作为电活性物质研制了 PVC 膜黄连素敏感型电位传感器,该传感器响应范围为1.8×10^(-7)-5.0×10^(-3)mol/L,pH 范围4.3-12.2,响应时问小于30s,斜率为60.4±1.9mV/dec。此电极表现出与经典的基于阳离子交换型的电极不同的选择性行为。本文还研究了不同增塑剂对传感器响应性能的影响并对实验条件进行了优化。该传感器可直接用于药物中黄连素的定量分析,结果令人满意。 This paper describe the preparation of a berberine-sensitive potentiometric sensor with tetraphenylporphyrin as electro-active material.This sensor shows a linear response towards berberine in the range 1.8×10^(-7)-5.0×10^(-3)mol·L^(-1),with a pH range from 4.3 to 12.2,a fast response time of 30s and a slope of 60.4±1.9mV/dec.The proposed electrode exhibits different selectivity behavior compared with the electrode based on classical cations exchanger. The effects of solvent mediator have been studied and the experimental conditions optimized.The electrode can be used in the direct assay of berberine in pharmaceutical tablets with satisfactory results.
