摘要
通过对聚丙烯装置的生产工艺进行价值分析 ,得到最优工艺方案 ,可提高劳动生产率 ,降低成本。介绍了运用价值工程原理解决目前聚丙烯厂原料、辅料、动力消耗等问题 ,在气态烃回收利用、普通氢代替高纯氢、优化操作节能降耗等方面提出了解决办法。
Optimal scheme may be obtained by value analysis on production process of polypropylene unit to raise productivity and lower the consumption. The value analysis methods used to resolve the problems of raw material, assistant material and power consumption in polypropylene plant are introduced. The methods of recycling gaseous hydrocarbon, substituting ordinary hydrogen for high purity hydrogen, energy conservation and optimizing operation are also put forward.
