钒钛烧结矿低温还原粉化性能的研究 被引量:9

摘要 攀钢钒钛烧结矿产生低温还原粉化的主要原因在于:物相中钛赤铁矿含量高达40%左右,其中骸晶状赤铁矿占20%左右,还原应力偏析严重。烧结矿中FeO含量适当提高,还原粉化性能有所改善;在烧结混合料中添加2.5%萤石粉及1%CaCl_2试剂,对改善钒钛烧结矿粉化性能效果显著,但对环境和设备有严重影响。 The RDI properties of the vanadium-titanium ore sinter produced by Panzhihua I&S Co. were studied. The main reasons which result in high RDI of this kind of sinter are the high titanhematite content (up to 40%, of which 20% skeleted titanhematite) and the severe segregation of reduction stress. When FeO content being increased properly, the property of reduction disintegration would be improved. With the adding of 2.5% fluorspar powder and 1.0% CaCl_2 in the sintering mixture, the property of reduction disintegration improved remarkably. But it will give serious effect to the eguipments and environment.
