老厂技改如何利用在用设备 ?本文推荐程序判断法是实践经验的总结 ,是可靠的。文中指出了在技改中利用在用设备的误区 ,进而用程序分析三种技改方案 ,显示出程序的可行性、科学性。
How to utilize the used equipment in the reform of plant? The procedure recommended in this article is the sum of the practice, which has been proved reliable. The misunderstandings in using used equipment were pointed out in the article. An example to demonstrate the application of the procedure was presented. Based on the procedure, three reform schemes were analyzed. From this example, the procedure was proved feasible and scientific.
