摘要
随着知识经济的到来 ,企业管理模式正在发生着巨大的转变 ,如何在庞杂的外部与内部信息中提炼企业所需要的知识 ,并有效管理企业各类知识的获取、生产及扩散等过程 ,提升企业基于知识的能力 ,是企业生存的关键。该文在分析企业知识管理的内容并提出企业知识管理系统的结构 ,然后分析企业知识层次的结构与特点。最后 。
With the coming of knowledge economy, the patten of enterprise management is going through a large change.The key factors for the enterprise to survive the competitive environment lies in how to extract the needed knowledge from numerous external and internal information, and how to manage about the acquiring, producing and spreading of knowledge and the upgrading of the ability of enterprises based on knowledge. The architecture of Enterprise Knowledge Management System(EKMS) is studied and the characteristics of the seven hierarchic layers are analyzed. An application case is presented, which is an integrated EKMS in the construction management system of a container dock.
