摘要
为满足国内市场对高纯度三乙醇胺的需求,采用以低纯度三乙醇胺为原料的生产路线,获得含量99%的高纯度三乙醇胺。分析了生产过程中原料的杂质、高沸物含量对产品纯度的影响,以及高纯度三乙醇胺精馏过程中最关键的色度控制问题。提出了目前生产过程中存在的减小产品色度和提高含量之间的矛盾。
To meet the demand for high purity TEA in domestic market, 99% high purity triethanolamine (TEA) was prepared by a route using low purity TEA as raw material. Effects of impurity in raw material and content of high boiling point substances on the purity of product, as well as the key problem of color control in high purity TEA distillation were analyzed. The contradiction between reducing color index and increasing concentration was dis-cussed .
