摘要
天津石化公司炼油厂加氢装置的冷氢管线压力表管嘴于 2 0 0 1年 6月 2 0日发生爆裂 ,经化学、金相及扫描电镜等方法检测 ,确认为材质不符合要求 ,在湿硫化氢环境中造成应力腐蚀开裂。
s: The pressure gauge nozzle of quench hydrogen pipeline of the hydroprocessing unit in Tianjin Petrochemical Company's refinery ruptured in June 20, 2001. The chemical, metallographic and SEM testings confirmed that the rupture was the result of stress corrosion cracking in the wet hydrogen sulfide environment because of inappropriate material selection. The selection of austenitic stainless steel and proper protection in unit shut-down could prevent the incident.
