摘要
试验通过对不同条件下核桃、苹果接穗愈伤组织的对比培养和对核桃愈伤组织形成部位的解剖观察,论述了影响核桃嫁接成活的主要因子和提高成活的有效措施,主要结果如下:接穗中水分损失是影响核桃愈伤组织形成的主要因子;核桃愈伤组织形成的适宜温度范围为22~27℃,适宜湿度范围为55~60%;接穗经“伤流液”和蒸馏水浸泡后均不利于愈伤组织的形成;核桃接穗愈伤组织的形成部位有两个;形成层细胞和周皮与韧皮部之间的簿壁细胞。
The experiment was carried out by callus culture of walnut and apple scions under various conditions, and by the anatomical observation of walnut callus origin parts. The main factors affecting grafting and the effective measures increasing the survival of walnut grafting was discussed. The main results were as follows: The loss of scion moisture was the facor affecting walnut callus formation. The more of the loss, the less of the callus formation. For walnut callus formation, the proper temperature was 22—27℃, and the proper humidity was 55—60%. Scions soaked in xylem bleeding or in distilled water were unfavourable to walnut callus formation. There were two origin parts of walnut scion callus: the cambium cells and the cortical parenchyma cells between peridem and phlem.
