摘要
通过对六氢吡啶 ( 6H PY)浓度、不同陈化方式、反应时间、单体浓度及 [6H PY]/[H2 O]等条件的考察 ,从聚合物 GPC谱图和紫外光谱测试分析得知 ,6H PY能起到捕获质子和稳定链增长活性中心的双重作用。找到了异丁烯阳离子聚合反应的最佳条件为二枯基氯浓度 ( [Di Cum Cl]) =3× 1 0 - 3 mol/L;[Ti Cl4]/[Di Cum Cl]=2 0 ;[6H PY]/[Di Cum Cl]=0 .4 ;反应时间 70 min;加料顺序 :Di Cum Cl— 6H PY—Ti Cl4,同时陈化 1 5 min再加入单体。提出了第三组分在异丁烯阳离子聚合反应中的作用机理 ,利用顺序加入单体法和链增长中心转移法合成了高 Mn
The effects of PY], addition sequence, reaction time, , addition sequence, reaction time, and PY]// in cationic polymerization of IB were investigated by analysis of polymer GPC and UV spectroscopy. The results showed that the 6HPY can capture proton and stabilize the chain growth active center. The best conditions for IB cationic polymerization were obtained and the influential mechanism of the third component on IB cationic polymerization was proposed.The PStbPIBbPSt triple block coploymer of high molecale weight was synthesized by sequential addition of monomer and propagation centre transferring method.
