摘要
为提高偶发性小肾癌的诊治水平 ,对 31例偶发性小肾癌的诊治进行回顾性分析。结果 :体检中 B超发现 2 0例 ,因其他疾病行 B超或 CT检查发现 11例。术前诊断明确 ,术后病理证实 2 7例 ;术中快速切片证实 4例。 2 9例行肾癌根治术 ,1例孤独肾、 1例总肾功能不正常者行肿瘤剜除术。提示偶发性小肾癌虽多属早期癌 ,但也有多中心性发生及转移可能 ,需多种影像学检查综合分析作出诊断 ,治疗上应采用肾癌根治术。
To improve the levels of diagnosis and treatment of incidental small renal carcinoma, the diagnosis and treatment of 31 patients with incidental small renal carcinoma were reviewed. Twenty cases were detected by routine ultrasonography. Eleven cases were found by ultrasonography and CT scan for other diseases. The diagnosises were confirmed by intraoperative pathology (4 cases) and postoperative pathology (27 cases). Radical nephrectomy was performed on 29 cases. One patient with solitary kidney and another with renal dysfunction received tumor enucleation. It was suggested that incidental small renal carcinoma usually being in early stage might present metastasis and multicentric leasion sometimes. The diagnosis depended on synthesizing the results of various radiographic examinations. Radical nephrectomy was the method for its treatment.
