摘要
目的 :探讨不打开结膜囊的小切口小梁切除术治疗原发性青光眼的效果。方法 :对 46例 (6 4眼 )行上述手术的原发性青光眼患者的眼压、视力、滤过泡及手术并发症进行回顾性总结。结果 :追踪观察末期 (平均 16个月 ) ,43例 (93.47% )患者的眼压控制在正常范围 ,平均眼压为 17.30 mm Hg (2 .31k Pa)。没有发生明显的手术并发症。结论 :小切口小梁切除术操作简便、手术并发症少 。
Objective: To investigate the effectiveness of small-incision trabeculectomy without Tenon's cyst incision for the patients with primary glaucoma. Methods: On 46 cases (64 eyes) of primary glaucoma, small incision trabeculectomy was randomly performed. The results of postoperative intraocular pressure (IOP), visual acuity, filtering bleb and operative complications were retrospectively summarized. Results: The IOP of 43 cases (93.47%) was controlled at normal range when the follow-up (mean, 16 months) was finished, and the mean IOP was 17.30mmHg (2.31KPa). No severe operative complications occurred. Conclusions: Small-incision trabeculectomy has some advantages: simple and convenient operating technique, less operative complications. The middle-term effectiveness of small-inclusion trabeculectomy appears better than that of the classical trabeculectomy
