摘要
患者女性， 32岁，左眼红肿、疼痛伴视朦 20天，左眼角膜见一上覆灰白色牙膏状分泌物的混浊区，分泌物涂片直接镜检见霉菌菌丝，真菌培养鉴定为新月弯孢霉。给予 0.2％氟康唑注射液每小时 1次滴眼及每天 1次球结膜下注射 (剂量自 0.1mL起每日递增 0.1mL)共 8天，期间行溃疡刮除烧灼 2次，左眼角膜溃疡变浅、透明、真菌直接镜检及培养均阴性。继续氟康唑滴眼 1个月治愈。
A 32- year- old female presented left pink eye accompanied by ache and blurring of vision for 20 days. There was an ulcer covered with greyish white secretion like toothpaste in left cornea. The microscopic exammination showed large hyphae in the secretion. Mycology identified that the causative microorganism was Curvularia lunata. She was treated with 0.2％ fluconazole eye dripped hourly and injected under the bulbar conjunctiva everyday(beginning 0.1ml and increased 0.1ml everyday) for 8 days, accompanied by curettage and cauterization of the ulcer two times. Then the ulcer became shallow and transparent and no fungus was found in direct microscopic examination,nor by cultivation. Followed by only fluconazole eye drip the patient was cured after 1month.
