摘要
作者采用由Harrington-Wisconsin棒、垫圈经钢丝穿扎脊柱棘突根部联合技术治疗69例脊柱侧弯,效果满意。术前测量侧弯为48°～100°,平均64.2°。术后矫正为13°～53°,平均33°。矫正率为51.4%。本方法的优点是安全、简单,并发症少,不需石膏固定,可以早期进行活动。
Harrington and Wisconsin rods fixed with metal wires passing through the holes atthe base of spinous processes and metal button were used in 69 scoliosis cases fromJanuary 1986 to February 1991.Spinal arthrodesis with auto-or allo-bone graft was addedin all cases and thoracoplasty in 39 cases.Plaster cast was not used and early ambulationwas encouraged.The ages of the patients ranged from 18 to 21.The scoliosis curvatureswere reduced from preoperative 48—100°,average 64.2°,to 13—50°,average 33°,posto(?)peratively,with an average correction rate of 51.4%.The rational and procedure of the operation are introduced in detail.
