摘要
维拉帕米、硝苯啶及硫氮(艹卓)酮人体治疗血浓度(25~100ng/ml)与培养7.5天新生大鼠胰岛细胞单层培养物保温3小时,各药浓度25ng/ml 不抑制胰岛素分泌,50及100ng/ml 明显抑制胰岛素分泌。3药(100ng/ml)抑制胰岛素分泌程度及可逆程度差别无统计学意义。
The effects of verapamil(VER),nifedipine(NIF)and diltiazem(DIL)on insulin s(?)cretion(IS)in neonatal rat pancreatic islet cell monolayer cultures were investigated.IS wasnot affected after 3-hr incubation in the medium containing 25ng/ml of VER,NIF or DIL, but IS was inhibited at 50 or 100ng/ml of VER,NIF(?)r DIL.However,after a further14-hr incubation in the drug-free medium,IS recovered fully.The reversible inhibtory ef-fect showed no significant difference at 100ng/ml concentration of each drug.
