阐述Honeywell公司的鲁棒多变量模型预测控制技术(RMPCT)的特性和控制方法,探讨了在催化裂化分馏塔中采用此项技术的设计方法和实施过程。实际运行结果表明,该控制技术对提高装置的控制精度和平稳操作具有显著的功效。
The features and control methods of the Rubust multivariable Predictive Control Technology developed by Honeywell Company are illustrated, and the design and realization process of the technology in a FCC main fractionator are discussed. The actual running showed that the control technology was effective in promoting the precision and stabilization of the operation.
