摘要
以苯与二氯乙烷为原料 ,AlCl3 作催化剂 ,合成了二苯乙烷 (DPE) ,然后 ,DPE经过溴化及老化处理得到白色阻燃剂十溴二苯乙烷 (DBDPE)。讨论了反应物的量的比 ,回流时间对产品产率的影响。合成DBDPE的最佳条件如下 :Br2 与DPE量的比为 2 0 :1,6 0℃回流 4h ,DBDPE产率为 94 2 %。再经过 110℃干燥 1h ,碾磨 ,然后在 2 0 0~ 2 2 0℃老化 4h ,得到白色阻燃剂DBDPE ,总产率 92 5 %
s A new type of flame retardant decabromodiphenylethane (DBDPE),formed no dioxin related compounds when oxidized or burned,was prepared by bromination of 1,2 diphenylethane which was synthesized with1,2 dichloroethane and benzene as reactants and AlCl 3 as catalyst.Then the crude product was dried for 1h at 110℃ and heat treated for 4h at 200 220℃,a white retardant was prepared,with a yield of 94.2%.The effect of molar ratio,refluxing time on the yield of DBDPE was studied.
