摘要
作者通过31例全身麻醉病例,观察针刺“人中”穴后颈总动脉的血流及全身血压、脉搏的变化,发现在针剌“人中”穴后颈总动脉的舒张期速度有明显增高,搏动指数及阻力指数明显下降并持续到拔针后1分钟,收缩期速度未见明显变化,而针刺后平均动脉压及脉搏无明显改变。提示针刺“人中”后,动脉血流搏动方式有改变,阻力明显降低有利于脑组织的血液供应和复苏。
In 31 patients under general anesthesia,the alterations in systemic blood pressure,
blood flow in carotid artery and pulse rate after acupuncture of Renzhong point were
served with Doppler ultrasonic flowmeter.It was found that after acupuncture of Ren
zhong,the mean diastolic velocity of blood flow in common carotic artery increased remark
ably,while the pulsatile index and resistance index decreased significantly,until one minute
after removal of needle.There was no obvious change in the velocity of systolic blood
flow,mean arterial pressure and pulse rate.All these suggest that the modality of carotic
blood pulsation has changed after acupuncture of Renzhong,and the reduction in vascular
resistance favors cerebral blood perfusion,hence the resuscitation.
