摘要
本实验选用成年新西兰兔24只,其中4只作对照,20只于左胫骨作不锈钢板固定,2月后取出钢板。在取钢板即刻和以后1、2、3、4个月分别有4只兔处死取材。用自动图象分析仪对接骨板下和对侧皮质骨的显微切片标本作图象分析。结果发现,钢板置入2月即发生固定段骨质疏松。接骨板去除后,板下皮质骨骨量恢复缓慢,3月后才达到正常,但接骨板对侧骨量恢复迅速,1个月即达到正常.文内对造成这种差异的原因以及接骨板取出的时机作了讨论。
Twenty-four New Zealand rabbits were used in the experiment,4 of them served as
controls.The left tibia in the 20 experimental rabbits was fixed with a stainless steel plate
and the plate was removed after 2 months.Four rabbits each were sacrificed immediately
and at 1,2,3 and 4 months after plate removal.Image analysis of microsections of the
cortical bone beneath and opposite to the plare was performed by an automatic image analysis
instrument.Regional osteoporosis of the fixed segment was found in all the specimens 2
months after plate fixation.The bone mass of the cortical bone underneath the plate reco
vered slowly and did not re(?)u(?)(?) to nermal until 3 months after plate removal while the bone mass of the cortical bone opposite to the plate recovered more rapidly and returned to
normal within 1 month.The reason for the recovery time difference between the two parts
of bone and the optimal time for plate removal are discussed.
