摘要
江泽民“三个代表”重要思想的提出 ,是时代发展的需要 ,是国际形势发展的需要 ,是中国共产党担负的民族复兴的重任和党自身建设面临的现状的需要 ,具有深刻的历史依据。“三个代表”的精神实质 ,就是为了巩固中国共产党的执政地位 ,使党能够在复杂变幻的形势下 ,紧跟世界发展的潮流 ,始终走在时代的前列 。
The putting forward of the'Three Represent's' theory by Jiang Ze min is a timely move in consideration of the development of times, of the development of international situation, of the Party's important mission of rejuvenating the Chinese nation, and of the reality of self construction of the Party. Therefore it has solid historical basis. The essence of the theory is to consolidate the ruling position of the Chinese Communist Party and to enable the Party to follow the trend of the world development, to stand in the forefront of the times and to maintain its progressiveness in an age of rapid change.
