摘要
肺表面活性物质主要成分为磷脂,为维持肺功能主要物质。作者等将大白鼠(10只)口服丙基硫氧嘧啶,制成甲状腺功能低下模型。与对照组(10只)比较肺指数、肺灌洗液总蛋白、总磷脂值。结果发现,甲状腺功能低下时,总磷脂值明显降低(P<0·001)。为今后开展应用甲状腺激素制剂防治PS不足提供依据。
Phospholipid is a main composition of pulmonary surfactant (PS),which maintain normal lung function.We studied the effect of thyroid hormone on pulmonary surfactant in rats.10 rats were made hypothyroidea by daily feeding of 4 mg of propylthiouraoil per 100 grams body wight for 21 days.Another 10 rats acted as the control group.On the 22nd day,all animals were killed,and serum T3,T4,pulmonary index,total protein and total phospholipid from broncho-alveolar lavage fluid were determined.When serum T3,T4 were found to be decreased,the level of total phospholipid decreased also (P<0.001).It is suggested that for prevention of pulmonary surfactant deficiency,thyroid hormone treatment may be useful.
