摘要
随着全球知识经济的兴起和高新技术在图书馆的广泛应用 ,图书馆正朝着电子化、网络化方向发展 ,并逐步成为社会信息网的重要组成部分。然而 ,现代图书馆的计算机技术和网络技术需要懂得它的人去掌握 ,这就对图书馆员素质提出了更高的要求 。
The wide application of high tech in the modern library has accelerated its development towards E library and library on line and turned it into an important component of the network of social information. Librarians are therefore required to update themselves with computer techniques and network techniques. This paper discusses qualities of librarians and the way towards them.
