摘要
《小说月报》是中国近现代文学史上具有深还影响的大型文学期刊，全面、深入地认识这份期刊的发展及特点有助于理解近现代的某些文学观念和文学现象。本文简要论述了《小说月报》文学性质的雅俗流变，并重点比较了创刊号和１２卷１号在办刊宗旨、内容配置等方面的异同。
The Short Story Magazine was a large literary magazine with farreaching in-fluence in modern history, A comprehensive and deep discussion about its development and characteristic will give us insight into some literary idea and phenomenon of this pe-riod. The article follows the angle of view of literary nature, concisely discusses the changeover process of the magazine, and emphatically analyzes the comparision between the First Issue and the Volume 12 No. 1 on the aim of the publication , content offered, etc.
