摘要
海南省是占据了资源、环境、区位及政策等各方面优势的特区省,在充分利用独特优势的同时,应深刻思考所面临的诸如药学人才的缺乏、技术水平的落后和资金不足等问题。本文详细分析了海南的现有优势,针对海南现代中药产业的发展、引进高层次研究人才、向OTC市场发展、建立热带药用植物基因库和数据库、吸引外资及建立科研投资体系等方面,提出相应的对策。
By analyzing the present Superiorities in Hainan Province this article P roposes a few measures for the develo pment of modern industries of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in the province,such as the developm ent of the stacdadization and modernizatio n of TCM,the recrui tment of high -level researchers in T CM,the development towards OTC mark et,the establishment of gene pools and d atabases of tropical medicinal plan ts,the attracting of foreign investment and the establishment of the system for the i nvestment in scientific research,i n the hope that modern industries of TCM would grow vigorously in the province.
