摘要
本文以气象、径流和地形三因素为基础，采用成因分析的方法，以耕地和人口为经济因素指标，综合分析洪水造成的灾害，据此划分了洪灾危险区域。
The paper synthetically analyses the flood damage and divises the flood damage zones taking the climate, the runoff and the topography as basis, taking the farmland and the population as target, with the origin analisys method.
