摘要
目的 探讨高强度聚焦超声 (HIFU)治疗乳癌的可行性和有效性。方法 本文采用重庆医科大学医学超声工程研究所设计和研制的HIFU治疗机 ,为 7例患者进行了HIFU定点辐照。 5例患者辐照后分别于 1d、5d、6d、14d、4个月行乳癌根治术或乳房部分切除术 ,通过组织病理学观察HIFU对肿瘤的破坏情况。结果 HIFU辐照后肿瘤组织全部被破坏。结论 HIFU作为乳癌局部治疗是安全和有效的 ,但不能用于腋窝淋巴结转移的治疗 0。
Objective To explore the validity and feasibility of high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) for the treatment of breast carcinoma.Methods Seven patients of breast carcinoma were irradiated using HIFU as a therapy.Five of them were given mastectomy plus auxillary dissection or quadrantectomy plus auxillary dissection in one day,five days,six days,fourteen days,and four months after HIFU treatment .The pathological changes were observed.Results The carcimoma tissue was completely destroyed.Conclusion HIFU was safe and effective for local treatment of breast carcimoma.But it could not treat the metastatic auxillary nodes.
