摘要
面对 2 1世纪信息化、网络化的迅速发展 ,阐述了信息、信息科学、信息素养的涵义 ,分析提高护理人员信息素养的必要性 ,提出要将护理信息学列入继续教育的计划中 ,充分发挥图书馆和病案室的作用 ,注重实际操作能力的培养 ,以全面提高护理人员的信息素养。
In the face of the rapid development of both informatics and network in the 21st century, the author set forth the meaning of information, informatics, and information accomplishment. It has analyzed the necessity to elevate the information accomplishment of nursing staff. It has put forward that the nursing information science should be in the plan of continuous education. Both libraries and record rooms should play important roles,and one should pay more attention to foster the ability of practical manipulation so that one can enhance information accomplishment of nursing staff.
