摘要
本文采用外周血淋巴细胞培养技术,对中国瘦肉猪新品系(DⅡ系)及其父本皮特兰和母本梅山猪的染色体进行了核型分析。结果表明,DⅡ系及其亲本二倍体细胞染色体数均为38条,雄性为18对常染色体和一对性染色体XY,雌性为18对常染色体和一对性染色体XX。经染色体三项指数测量值分析,认为染色体的排列方式以Reading(1976)会议的方案较为合理。品种(系)间三项指数基本一致。核型分析表明,8号和10号染色体均能显示次缢痕,但其显示率以梅山猪最高(71.43%),DⅡ系次之(63.89%),皮特兰最低(49.22%)。
The karyotypes of the Dam Ⅱ and its parents, Pietrain and Meishan pigs, were studied using the technique of leukocyte culture from peripheral blood by the authors. The results showed that the diploid chromosome number was 38 for all the breeds/strain, these chromosomes included 18 pairs of autosomes and 1 pair of sex chromosomes. The sex chromosomes are XY in males and XX in females. Relative length, arm ratio and centromere index of the chromosomes were measured and listed in the present paper. According to our measurements, we considered that the numerical arrangement scheme of karyotype recommended by the Reading Conference (1976) was more reasonable than other schemes. The three indexes of the chromosomes were approximately the same for 3 breeds/strain. Karyotype analysis indicated that chromosomes no. 8 and no. 10 frequently showed secondary constriction on the short arm at the centromere of both chromosomes. The frequencies of secondary constriction for Dam Ⅱ, Pietrain and Meishan pigs were 63.89%, 49.22%, 71.43%, respectively.
