摘要
目的报道148例原发性颅内淋巴瘤,总结讨论颅内淋巴瘤的临床特点及诊疗措施。方法回顾性分析本院1984年1月～2000年1月原发性颅内淋巴瘤148例,并结合文献分析讨论。结果全切除和近全切除共117例(79%),大部切除31例(21%)。术后均辅以放疗,其中44例联合应用化疗,112例(76%)患者临床症状得到缓解,36例(24%)症状加重,其中死亡8例,死亡率5.4%。结论原发性颅内淋巴瘤为恶性颅内肿瘤,手术结合放疗仍为主要治疗方法,但术后生存期短,预后不佳。
Objective To discuss the clinical characteristics,diagnosis,and treatment of primary intracranial lymphoma.Methods A total of148cases of primary intracranial lymphoma from January1984to Jan uary2000were reviewed in our study.Results Among the148cases,total and subtotal removal was achieved in117cases,partial removal in31cases.All the cases were treated by the radiothera-py after surgery.44cases combined with chemotherapy.The symptoms of patients in112cases(76%)were relieved and36cases(24%)progressed with8cases dead after surgery.Conclusion Primary intracranial lymphoma is a malignent neoplasm.The main treatment is surgical removal comb ining with postoperative radiotherapy.Prognosis is poor.
