摘要
目的 :运用分类变量资料判别分析 ,为中医的计量诊断提供一种统计分析方法。方法 :采用最大似然法及贝叶斯 (Bayes)公式判别法 ,对已确诊的脾虚证病人 60例及非脾虚病人 5 0例按症状、体征及检验资料共 13个指标进行判别。结果 :用判别分析方法对原来确诊的两组病人作回代 ,效果尚好 ,诊断符合率较高 ,假阳性率及假阴性率较低。结论
Objective:To offer a new statistical method for quantative diagnosis of TCM by using discriminatory analysis of categorical variable data.Method:Maximum likehood estimator and Bayes formula were used to discriminate 60 cases of diagnosed spleen dificiency and 50 cases of non spleen dificiency according to 13 indexes such as symptoms,signs,laboratory data,et al.Results:Discriminatory analysis were used to prove the diagnosed cases in each of two groups again.The results were good.The correctly diagnositic rate was high,The false positive rate and false negative rate were low. Conclusion:Discriminatory analysis plays a certain role in the diagnosis of TCM.
