摘要
目的探讨上海地区不同品牌、型号血液自动分析仪检测参数结果准确度 ,证明仪器间差异是否有显著性。方法采用同一份抗凝全血由上海市 114家单位统一测定血液参数 ,计算测定结果的变异系数 (CV)和极差(%)。结果不同仪器组 (Sysmex组、Beckm an- Coulter组和 Abbott组 )测定结果最大变异系数比较 ,红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白量 (HGB)、血细胞比容 (HCT)、白细胞计数 (WBC)和血小板计数 (PL T)分别为 3.2 %,3.8%,3.6 %,9.3%和 10 .8%。不同仪器组测定结果之间最大差异比较 ,RBC、HGB、HCT、MCV、WBC和 PL T分别为0 .74%、1.6 5 %、5 .45 %、6 .42 %、7.0 6 %和 18.5 5 %。结论开展深入实验室质量管理工作 ,可使血液分析仪检测质量的水平可缩小不同仪器检测结果之间差异 。
Objective To research on the precision of automated hematology analyzers of various types from different manufacturers and to observe the deviation among these instruments. Methods To determine the results of fresh anticoagulant blood from health donors at 114 different hospitals. Results The maximum CV% among three main manufacturers (Sysmex, Beckman Coulter and Abbott corporations) instruments of erythrocyte counts (RBC), hemoglobin concentrations(HGB), hematocrit(HCT), leukocyte counts(WBC) and platelet counts(PLT) were 3.2%, 3.8%, 3.6%, 9.3% and 10.8%, respectively. The maximum deviations among these parameters of different instruments were 0.74%?1.65%?5.45%?6.42%?7.06% and 18.55%, respectively. Conclusions By improving laboratory quality management, the results of hematology analyzer determination may be more reliable than manual methods. The difference among various manufacturers was very small about RBC, HGB, HCT, MCV and WBC, the results from all kinds of instruments will tend to be comparable.
