摘要
主要介绍了制作五金模具工业中使用的聚氨酯弹性缓冲材料所用原料配方及生产工艺 ,对生产中的注意事项等也进行了探讨。这类聚氨酯弹性体管、棒及板由聚氧化丙烯多元醇与聚四氢呋喃二醇的混合多元醇与TDI、MOCA通过预聚体法机械浇注制得 ,主要物性指标为 :邵A硬度84～ 92 ,拉伸强度≥ 2 5MPa ,压缩永久变形≤ 2 % ,回弹率≥ 32 %。
The formula and technique of production of polyurethane elastomeric cushion material for hardware mold industry were mainly introduced. The notice item in the production was also discussed. The polyurethane tube, rod and plate were made from toluene diisocyanate, methylene bis ortho chloroaniline and mixture of polyoxypropylene polyols and polytetramethylene ether glycol. The main physical properties of the cushion materials include that: Shore A hardness 84～92, tensile strength ≥25 MPa, compression set ≤2%, rebound degree ≥32%.
