摘要
人PBMC经PHA刺激合成并分泌IL2的功能与月经周期有关,排卵期明显高于月经期(t检验P<0.01);而细胞转化应答无相似变化。进一步比较月经周期的排卵日,排卵后7天,月经来潮第一天和第7天时PBMC产生IL2的功能,发现排卵期最高,其他时期均不同程度低于排卵期,其中月经来潮当天最低。
It has been found that the IL2 production by PBMC stimulated with PHA is fluctuated during the menstrual cycle.In this study, the IL 2 production in ovulation period was obviously higher than that in menstruation period (student t test,p<0.01), while there is no difference in the response of lymphoblast transformations. Further analysis showed that IL2 production was highest on the ovulation day and lowest on the first day of menstruation.
