层燃炉风室单侧均匀进风的流体动力模型 被引量:2

摘要 本文给出了层燃炉风室单侧均匀进风情况的理论模型,讨论了不同的几何结构对风室的压力、风量分布的影响。从理论模型的解析求解所得的结果表明:若要控制风室配风的不均匀性小于5%,则风室结构特性参数,A_r^(((2-C_f)1ξ)/(1/2))=应小于0.3。 It is known that the uniformity of air flow distribution in plenum chamber is important for the efficient combustion in the furnace. This paper presents firstly the dynamical model of the flow of the plenum chamber and then the theoretical distribution of the air pressure as well as the flow in the plenum chamber may be obtained by solving the control equations of the model in the case of one side air supply. The theoretical calculation result of the agrees fairly well the experimental result.It is found that the characteristics of the flow distribution in one side air supply is only affected by the construction parameter β. To control the nonuniformity of the air flowdistribution on the grate less than 5%, we must keep β less than 0.3.
