摘要
本文论述了我国防震减灾技术系统的建设与发展。分别从地震监测技术系统、地震信息网络系统、地震应急指挥技术系统以及地震紧急救援技术等四个方面论述了系统的现代化建设。
This article introduces the development of the technical system of earthquake disaster prevention and reduction in China,and describe detail about the construction of seismic monitoring system,seismic information network,earthquake emergency response system and emergency relieving technologhy.Especially,introduce the development of the digital seismic observation technology,and the construction of digital seismic observation system and upgrade of seismic precursor monitoring networks.
