摘要
目的：探讨分析眼球穿孔伤后发生眼内炎的危险因素．方法：回顾分析４１８例４２２眼眼球穿孔伤患者的资料，探讨发生眼内炎的危险因素．结果：４２２眼中发生眼内炎３８眼，占９％，眼内炎的发生多来自穿孔伤本身创口的感染、晶状体损伤、眼内异物存留时间过长、清创缝合时间过晚及未及时合理使用抗炎、抗感染药物等因素有关．结论：伤后及时诊断和及旱合理治疗是防止和减少眼球穿孔伤后发生眼内炎的关键．
Objective: The dangerous factors were discussed and analyzed about perforating injury of eyeball resulting in endophthalmitis. Methods: The patients information was recalled and analyzed in 418 cases (422 eyes), and the dangerous factors of resulting in endophthalmitis were discussed. Results: 422 eyes result in endophthalmitis of 38 eyes (9%), and endophthamitis was connected with infection of perforating injury of eyeball, injury of lens, over-long time about the stay of in intraocular foreign body, too late time about sterilization as well as suture and the unreasonable use of the medicines in anti- inflammation together with anti-inflammation. Conclusions: The key of preventing and decreasing it might be that the doctor should make a diagnosis in time and give a reasonable treatment earlier for the patient ther injury.
