摘要
在钛硅分子筛合成基础上,研究了其改性、成型,重点对成型后的催化剂用于丙烯过氧化氢环氧化反应的固定床工艺及参数进行了研究。丙烯与过氧化氢水溶液(质量分数30%)在温度50~70℃,压力约3.0 MPa,丙烯与过氧化氢摩尔比2.0~3.0,溶剂(甲醇)与过氧化氢摩尔比12.0~15.0以及液态丙烯体积空速2.0 h^(-1)时,其过氧化氢转化率可达94%,环氧丙烷的选择性可达90%以上。
Titanium silicalite (TS - 1) as catalyst has been used to epoxide propylene by hydrogen peroxide in a fixed - bed reactor. Experiments have shown that the hydrogen peroxide efficiency approaches 94% and the selectively to propylene oxide is about 90% under the operation conditions of temperature 50 - 70 ℃ , pressure of the reaction system 3 .0 MPa, propylene to hydrogen peroxide (mol) 2.0 - 3 .0, and the LHSV of propylene 2.0 h -1.
