摘要
以三氯氧磷、双酚A和苯酚为原料,合成了新型双酚A磷酸酯齐聚物阻燃剂,其结构经红外光谱和热分析确认。研究了催化剂和温度对反应的影响。结果表明,AlCl_3的催化效果最好,最佳用量为每100份双酚A加入0.9份AlCl_3,酯化反应的最佳温度为140~160 ℃,产品收率可达93%。
A new type of bisphenol A phosphate oligomer as flame retardant was synthesized with phosphorus oxy-chloride, bisphenol A and phenol as raw materials. Their structures were determined by IR and TGA. The effects of catalyst and temperature on reaction were examined. The results showed that AlCl3 had best catalytic activity, optimum catalyst amount was 0.9 part (based on 100 parts bisphenol A) , and optimum temperature of esterification was 140 - 160℃ .The product yield was up to 93% .
